Tintin Statuette Wolf, the Traitorous Engineer 12 cm
This figurine of engineer Wolf, made of resin, is part of a series of pretty statuettes designed with respect for the details of Hergé's drawings. From the album Objectif Lune. Naturally devoted and sympathetic, the modest engineer from the Sbrodj Atomic Research Center, assistant to Professor Tournesol, will quickly reveal a much more ambiguous nature. Devoured by the screw of games, he is in fact at the mercy of dangerous spies ready to do anything to seize the secrets of the lunar rocket. He will eventually free himself from his cowardice by ending his discreet life with a heroic act. Caught in the act of fleeing, but for a good cause this time, we will highlight the realism put into reproducing his actions, and the attention to detail down to the smallest details of a less easy to conceive outfit that he doesn't seem to be there. Almost an exact science, producing it in 3D requires a skilful procedure, especially when, as here, the chosen subject is presented in an unstable position.
