Who is Beetlejuice? One of the main characters of the 1988 horror-fantasy comedy film Beetlejuice, played by Michael Keaton. In the story, a couple who recently died in a car crash become ghosts trapped in their idyllic country house, haunting the place. Their home is sold to the Deetz family from New York, made up of Charles, a former real estate developer; his wife Delia, a sculptor; and their gothic teenage daughter Lydia.
